These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the Tarkash Training & Security Solutions website and the services provided by us (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

A. Professional Training & Safety
Eligibility: Our tactical and security training programs are available only to individuals aged 18 and above.

Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant from a training session, without a refund, if their conduct is deemed unsafe, unprofessional, or disruptive.

Safety Protocols: Participants must strictly adhere to all safety instructions provided by instructors. Failure to follow "Normal Safety Procedures" (NSPs) or range safety rules will result in immediate disqualification from the course.

B. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, training curricula, and materials provided during the Service are the exclusive property of Tarkash Training & Security Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our training materials without express written consent.

C. Limitation of Liability
Physical Risk: You acknowledge that tactical training, fitness programs, and security operations involve inherent physical risks. By enrolling, you assume all risks of injury or loss.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarkash Training & Security Solutions, its directors (including Major Sidram Solankar), and instructors from any claims arising out of your participation in our programs.

D. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
