REFUND POLICY

At Tarkash Training & Security Solutions, we maintain a strict schedule for our instructors and facility bookings. Our refund policy is as follows:

A. Training Courses (Classroom & Field)
Cancellations by Participant:

15+ days before start date: 90% refund (10% processing fee deducted).

7–14 days before start date: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days: No refund will be issued.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full course fee.

B. Security & Consulting Services
Service fees for executive protection or consulting are subject to the specific contract signed between the client and Tarkash Training & Security Solutions.

Initial deposits for security deployments are generally non-refundable once personnel have been mobilized.

 

C. Cancellations by Tarkash Training
If we must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or instructor unavailability), we will offer:

• A full refund of the course fee, OR

• A credit to reschedule for a future date.

• Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., Instamojo, Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days.
