As the founder and director of Project Tarkash, he is highly motivated and qualified officer specializing in urban warfare and close-quarter combat (CQC). His extensive experience in counter-terror and counter-infiltration operations in Kashmir makes him a real-world instructor.

He is highly analytical and innovative, with his asymmetric methods proving successful in both combat operations in Kashmir and by wining best-HIT competitions at NSG. He is the first Indian to qualify for the Level 6 Diploma in Close Quarter Battle in a Hostile Environment from the UCP Group from Gravesend, London, UK, registered tactical training institute by MOD UK Govt with Former British SAS instructors.

His passion for urban warfare inspired the idea for Project Tarkash. While serving in the 26 SCG, NSG, he was awarded the DG NSG Commendation in 2019 for his innovative combat shooting practices. He is also proficient in Chinese (HSK-level 2) and has a beginner's knowledge of Arabic.

A highly qualified Signal Officer with 14 years of experience, he is an expert in cybersecurity and wireless communication. He was awarded the DG NSG Commendation Card in 2021 for his outstanding performance while serving with the 30 Special Composite Group (SCG) in Ahmedabad. His innovative work with the communication spectrum is highly regarded. He holds a Master's in Electronics & Telecommunication, an MBA in Operations Management, and is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA). An expert in risk assessment and gap analysis, he currently leads the Cyber Cell and Wireless Communication department for Project Tarkash.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, he is a highly experienced and qualified Special Forces operative and instructor. For 16 years, he served in an elite Special Forces unit, followed by 6 years as an instructor specializing in Unarmed Combat, Self-Defense, and swimming. His extensive operational experience includes critical tenures with the 31st Rashtriya Rifles in Kashmir, assignments in India's Northeast, and a United Nations Peacekeeping mission in the Congo.

He has received specialized training from former Israel Defense Forces (IDF) instructors in Urban Warfare and Counter-Terrorism Tactics in 2017, Jerusalem Israel. He has since applied this expertise to train various elite police counter-terror units, including the, the Haryana Police STF. His invaluable experience is instrumental to our project's research, and as the leader of our Unarmed Combat (UAC) team, he ensures our training programs are cutting-edge and world-class.

A decorated Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) with 28 years of experience in special operations forces, he is a veteran of the Kashmir Valley. His extensive tenure includes service with the NSG in Mumbai and he is a leading expert in unarmed combat, close-quarters combat, and urban warfare. He was part of Special group and has led numerous successful counter-terrorism operations. He was awarded GOC-in-C Commendation Card for gallantry & part various joint training with foreign armies.  His considerable experience has earned him the position of Chief Instructor for close-quarters combat and the lead of the Firearm Safety department for Project Tarkash

A highly experienced veteran of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), he has 16 years of service, including six as a Bomb Disposal (BD) Instructor at the National Bomb Disposal Centre (NBDC) in Manesar. Overall first with A ‘I’ in the BDDS CPO 34 course 2018, he has handled numerous post-blast investigations and bomb disposal operations nationwide. His extensive experience in Naxal-affected areas has made him an expert in counter-IED tactics. He has been recognized for his exceptional work with commendation cards from both the Director General of the Punjab Police and the Director General of the NSG. His academic excellence and instructional expertise, honed at both the NBDC and the SSB Academy, now see him leading the Bomb Disposal and Counter-IED training for Project Tarkash.

With over 22 years of experience, he is a highly skilled and acclaimed martial arts instructor. He holds First Dan Black Belts Budokan and 5th Dan Black belt in Gojuryu Karate, Japan. Additionally a certified G4 (W4) Krav Maga professional. His competitive career includes a national championship in 2004 and three consecutive gold medals in Budokan from 2000-2002. As a certified Unarmed Self-Defence Instructor (SPF/Q1105, Ministry of Skill Development, Level 5), he will serve as a visiting faculty member for the unarmed and hand-to-hand combat training for Project Tarkash.

An expert in the convergence of tactical innovation and human resilience, he is the founder of Battle Gear Technologies. He has been instrumental in designing and manufacturing over 100 indigenous products—from load-bearing systems to mission-ready tactical equipment—for India's Special Forces. His designs are informed by anatomical intelligence and real-world operational feedback.

As a multidisciplinary expert in movement science, breath work, and meditation, his training programs on animal movement, nervous system regulation, and human performance have been sought after in over 17 countries. He will lead the Tactical Gear Design team, where he will use his anatomical expertise to enhance the design of battle-tested equipment.
